Tar Heel State Title
Tar Heel State Title was established with the idea that an independent title insurance agent can be relevant in today’s marketplace. At Tar Heel State Title, we provide a level of service and knowledge of our customers that cannot be matched by the big corporations. When a client calls Tar Heel State Title they talk to the decision maker, they do not have to wade through multiple levels of management to get an answer to their questions – they call – they get an answer.
David Hoechster
Tar Heel State Title was founded by David Hoechster in 2009. David has spent his entire career in title insurance industry. His life in title insurance began working for a small title insurance agency in the Catskill Region of New York where he learned to search titles in a Clerk’s office that did not have computers. In time he went on to attain the position of Chief Counsel for one largest title agencies in New York State.
During his career he has represented numerous lenders and individuals in both residential and commercial transactions. He is particularly well regarded for his expertise in complex title issues and complicated transactions. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and graduated with honors from the Qunnipiac University School of Law.
